عند إفتتاح المسرح في عام 1911 كان عدد مقاعده الأصلية يبلغ 2,392 مقعد، ولكن عملية التجديد الكاملة وإعادة توزيع المدرجات تسبب بإنقاص عدد مقاعده بألف مقعد تقريباً لتصبح 1,400 مقعد.

When first opened in 1911, the original theatre seated 2,392 spectators, but the refurbishment in 2006 with the complete reseating of the auditorium reduced its capacity by nearly one thousand seats to 1,400 seats.
